WA's Top Barista Jeremy Hulsdunk (Muffin Break Mirrabooka Square)

Jeremy’s signature drink was called ‘Pancakes’. It had a shot of espresso topped with maple syrup, cream and finished with cinnamon and icing sugar. The rim of the coffee cup was covered with lemon juice and sugar, to highlight the unique taste portfolio.

Jeremy will now to Sydney to compete against the top baristas from around the country in the national finals on Sunday 23rd April. The winner will then go on to compete in Berne, Switzerland in May to represent Australia and compete against 40 countries to win the title of World Barista Champion.
